Arizona Grounding Mala
Spiny Shell Oyster • Obsidian • Pyrite • Chrysocolla
This one-of-a-kind mala features a Spiny Shell Oyster pendant shaped like the state of Arizona, strung with 108 beads of obsidian, pyrite, and chrysocolla.
I realized recently that Arizona is the longest place I’ve ever lived. After moving around much of my life, I’ve found a deep sense of grounding and love for this desert—the warmth, the colors, the resilience of life here. This mala is a reflection of that connection to place and spirit.
Stone History & Metaphysical Properties:
•🧡 Spiny Shell Oyster — Used for centuries by Southwestern Indigenous peoples, this shell embodies strength, adaptability, and the beauty of endurance. Its rich orange and pink hues mirror the desert sunset.
•🖤 Obsidian — A volcanic glass once revered by the Aztecs as a sacred mirror. It’s a stone of protection and self-truth, cutting through illusions and negative energy.
•💛 Pyrite — Known since ancient Greece as a symbol of vitality and prosperity, pyrite sparks confidence, creativity, and the will to manifest one’s dreams.
•💧 Chrysocolla — Treasured by both Egyptian and Native American cultures, chrysocolla brings peace, emotional balance, and connection to the Earth’s wisdom.
Each mala is hand-knotted with intention, designed to support meditation, mindfulness, and spiritual grounding.
